1. The Service & "£0 Setup"

Oceanit Creative Solutions provides professional web design and hosting. Under our "£0 Setup" offer, we waive all initial design fees. In exchange, the Client agrees to a minimum monthly maintenance subscription (Standard £9 / Advanced £16).

2. Ownership & Intellectual Property

The Client owns all original content, logos, and images provided. The custom design framework, source code, and CMS infrastructure remain the intellectual property of Oceanit Creative Solutions. If the Client wishes to transfer the site to another host, a buyout fee may apply.

3. Billing & Payments (Go-Live Date)

The monthly maintenance subscription begins on the date your website Goes Live. This is defined as the moment your domain is connected to the final website and accessible to the public.

• First Payment: Due on the Go-Live date.
• Ongoing Billing: All future payments are due on the same calendar day each month (e.g., if you go live on the 14th, your bill is the 14th of every month).
• Standing Order: Clients are required to set up a Standing Order to our Business account.
• Late Payments: Failure to pay within 7 days of the monthly due date may result in temporary website suspension until the balance is cleared.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your service at any time with 30 days' written notice. Upon cancellation, your website files will be removed from our servers and the service will be terminated.

1. Data Collection

We only collect data necessary to provide our service (Name, Email, Business Name). We do not use tracking cookies for marketing or sell your data to third parties.

2. Data Usage

Your data is used solely for invoicing, communication regarding your website, and technical support. We process all data in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 2018.

3. Security

All websites we build include a standard SSL certificate to ensure data transmitted between your site and your users is encrypted and secure.
